Plate Pourer - Agar/Media Filler PS900

This new series of fillers offers the state of the art agar filling technology and include: Optional text/bar code label printing and applying on every plate, changeable dish height stacking, and touch screen. This system was designed to be a much more flexible and reliable versus carrousel fillers. The units are user friendly and engineered for batch, or continuous operation with minimal down time. Up to 900 plates per hour capacity! The Petri dish is transported from station to station. Feeding and filling in decontamination chamber, printing label, media smoothing, stacking with stacking heights inter- changeable options which are determined by the operator.

This fills 20 dishes directly in the Petri rack. It offers facility for dish feeding, single dosing, stacking and dish discharging. It delivers precise automated operation to enhance the productivity of a laboratory. The system can load 20 90mm dishes with agar and restack them in only 2 minutes.
